SELECTED OPTION: NEW ROOF WARRANTY REGISTRATION RE-ACTIVATION OF TRANSFER OF WARRANTY (For new Buyers). The fee for re-activation is $780.00 + taxes, starts from the date of contract not the day of purchase. RE-ACTIVATION OF EXTENDED, EXPIRED WARRANTY. Roof must be in reasonable shape and approved by our Quality Control Manager. Once the inspection is complete and approved, the owner will be charged a minimal fee of $720.00 plus taxes to extend the warranty for an additional 5 years from the last day of expiration of the original contract. Would you like to have your warranty transfer one time, for an additional cost of $520.00 + taxes. One of our associates will contact you to arrange activation of warranty transfer and payment. Your warranties are not transferable.
