Emergency roof repairs are required when a residential or commercial roof’s security and structural integrity has been compromised and requires immediate attention. This can result from severe weather damage or wear and tear that has accumulated and reached a point of no return.
Roof Leaks
A roof leak is one of the most severe emergencies your home can experience. If the issue is not rectified as soon as possible, your home is at risk of flooding and water damage. Water damage can also compromise the integrity of the structure of your home, which can lead to long-term foundation problems that will make it hard to re-sell your home.
Our emergency roof repair services will ensure that your roof is sealed and fixed as soon as possible.
Weather Induced Damage
Holes
Sometimes, heavy winds only result in a few lost shingles. Other times, however, these types of weather conditions can result in falling trees and tree limbs that can do serious damage to your roof.
Build Up
There are a wide variety of materials that can build up on the roof of your home. Water and ice dams can build up, which, if unattended, can leak through your roof. Our emergency roof repair services ensure your home never falls prey to water buildup or ice dams during our harsh winters.
If your roof has been compromised, there are necessary steps and mistakes to avoid to ensure there is no further damage.
Avoid Climbing the Roof
Sometimes, in the case of an emergency, handy homeowners feel the need to get on their roofs to do some personal investigation. This is especially dangerous as being atop a damaged or compromised roof can bring serious injury. We advise that homeowners refrain from climbing their roofs and leave the work to the experts.
The reality is that a leaking, cracked or broken roof is a serious problem that should only be addressed by experienced professionals who have the right equipment, experience and education.
Assess From Ground Level
If you want to inspect what has happened to your roof, conduct your inspection from ground level and then relay the details of your problems to our roofing contractors.
Protect Your Home
If you’re faced with a leaky roof, take the necessary measures to protect your belongings before we show up to provide emergency roof repair.
If water is falling, use bowls or pales to collect the water to avoid flooding and water damage. You can also cover your interior with drop sheets or plastic covers to protect your belongings.

Our non-prorated* warranty covers: LABOUR, MATERIALS, TEAR OFF, and DISPOSAL.
If you have problems with your new roof and which relates to a defect in the materials. Professional Roofers will cover you according to the manufacturer’s warranty specifications for the materials we used on your house or building if the manufacturer fails to fulfil its own warranty for some reason other than the act(s) or default(s) of the customer.
ROOF SHINGLES: Our non-prorated* warranty is from 10 to 15 years depending on the package you choose when you sign the contract.
METAL ROOF: Our non-prorated* warranty is 15 years depending on the package you choose when you sign the contract. Our warranty does not cover animal damage, wind damage or any other acts of Mother Nature, discolouration, fading, corrosion, rust, fire, falling objects, or if the roof is mishandled, modified, or altered.

EAVESTROUGH AND METAL WORK: We offer a five (5) year limited* warranty with respect to defects in installation and a twenty-five (25) year limited* warranty with respect to defects in materials.
SMALL REPAIRS: Normally we offer a one (1) year warranty for the area which we repair, only. However, if the problem occurs again during the one (1) year period, we are always willing to go back one more time to try and find a solution free of charge. If the problem continues thereafter, Professional Roofers will usually suggest a larger repair or new installation for which there will be an additional charge. If a whole new roof is required, the fee for the repair previously charged will be deducted from cost of the new roof.
