Professional Roofers recently replaced our roof and eavestroughs, and we were very happy with the experience. Patrick came out to explain the process to us and answer all our questions. The cheerful crew (Mundo, David, etc.) arrived early and worked efficiently through some of the hottest days of this summer. Then Alexis and his partner replaced the eavestroughs. At the end of each work day, all the debris was cleared away thoroughly. (Our alleyway ended up cleaner than when the work had started! ) Fernando came to do a quality control check of theroofing work and ensure that everything had been tidied up.Patrick came back when the job was done and searched through the lawn for any missed nails. Professional Roofers replaced my house’s roof last week. They did an excellent job and we were very satisfied with the work. Earlier, Adam from Professional Roofers came in and explained all details regarding the product, installation methods and warranties. Once I placed the order, I got a schedule. They came on time and finished in less than 2 days. They left the place clean of any debris from my old run down shingles that were already shedding lot of disintegrated shingle pieces. They used tarps all around the house. First day, I noticed that they had ensured that the roof deck was not left unprotected as there was an overnight rain forecast. They did the work in sections. All their workers used fall protection while on the roof, which shows their commitment to safety and human value. If you want quality and professional commitment, I would highly recommend Professional Roofers.

When our roof began leaking this past winter we didn't think much of it until the ceiling completely caved in. I contacted Professional Roofers after reading their reviews and noticing their crews working in my neighbourhood. Adam's assessment determined the initial scope of work from the aerial photos taken by a drone. Once the crew was working on the roof, Fernando was quick to advise me of an issue with the pointing on the chimney. It meant that they would need to return to redo the flashing around the base of the chimney. Also, in replacing the roof vents, the lack of attic insulation was revealed. This was unexpected, but Fernando provided a detailed explanation of what they could do to address the deficiency. I felt confident that his reasonable quote for this service would be money well spent. All this was quickly scheduled and completed without delay. This company is prompt, professional and courteous. I am impressed with their easy communication and follow up.

First off, my original review was negative, largely since I felt that Professional Roofers did not stand behind their work and wanted to charge me for a repair that never should have been needed in the first place. That said, they now have a new customer relationship manager who called me out of the blue and indicated to me that they wanted to make things right. Now that's putting the 'professional' in Professional Roofers! I was very impressed that they offered to do this. Today, they came out and made corrections to the original installation at no charge. Not many companies will ever admit to their responsibilities, but it took courage to do this and I am now a very happy customer who is willing to recommend them to anyone, and I can now say without hesitation that I would use them again!

Review Edit: I am glad to hear that Professional Roofers is under new management. May 2023, I received a call from Astrid at Professional Roofers, she was very professional and nice. Since, I was not happy about the flat roof work done by Professional Roofers in 2018 , she asked what could be done to make it right. While too much time had past and there was not much that could be done now, I did appreciate the gesture. She offered to send over someone to my house for free to look at the roof to make sure nothing was out of sorts. The person who attended did find missing shingles, which they replaced for free and they added some caulking on my flat roof for precautionary measures. Astrid also extended my warranty for 1 more year as a good-will gesture. As a caution to all home owners whenever doing major repairs on your home do your due diligence, make sure you are home when the work is being completed, and read your contract thoroughly. If you don't understand something in the contract ask questions and make sure your are comfortable before signing. Thanks Astrid for your kindness and hope your company will continue to do good work moving forward.
